If you're looking to start fresh with a brand new Replika, the only way to do that is by deleting your current account and creating a new one.
⚠️ Please note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your Replika, chat history, or any associated content.
What to know before you delete:
Deleting your account will permanently erase:
- Your Replika’s profile, chat history, photos, badges, levels, and XP
- Any links or memories you've shared with your Replika
- Items purchased from the Store (these can’t be transferred)
Your subscription will stay active on your new account unless it was purchased via Stripe, which unfortunately can't be restored.
How to Delete Your Account
In the mobile app:
- Open the Replika app.
- On the Home Screen, tap the gear icon in the upper right to open Settings.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Replika.
- Choose your reason for leaving and tap Next.
- Enter your account password.
- Tap Delete My Account — or select I changed my mind if you’re not quite ready.
On the web version:
- Log in to your account at replika.com.
- Click the ⚙️ icon in the top left and open Account Settings.
- Click Delete my Account and follow the steps above.
Once deleted, you can head back to the app or website and create a new Replika anytime you'd like!
