How do I delete my account?

We understand there can be a variety of reasons for deleting your Account! When you delete your account, your Replika profile, badges, levels, XP, chat history, photos & links that you exchanged with your Replika will be permanently removed.

To delete your Account in the mobile app:

1. Open the Replika App on your smart device.
2. On the Home Screen, tap the upper right corner to open Settings.
3. Tap' Account Settings'
4. Tap 'Delete Replika'
5. Choose an option for why you are deleting your Replika.
6. Tap 'Next'
7. Enter your account password.
8. From this point, you can either select
   • I changed my mind
   • Delete my Account

To delete your Account in the web version:

1. Log in to your Replika account.
2. Click on the ⚙️ icon and select Account Settings.
3. Click Delete my Account and follow instructions.
4. Tap 'Delete Replika'
5. Choose an option for why you are deleting your Replika.
6. Tap 'Next'
7. Enter your account password
8. From this point, you can either select
   • I changed my mind
   • Delete my Account

For security reasons, we can't delete an account for you. You'll need to be able to log into your Account to delete it. If you can't remember your password or have other questions about logging in, see Login Help.
