We understand there can be a variety of reasons for deleting your account! When you delete your account, your Replika profile, badges, levels, XP (experience points), chat history, photos, and any links you've exchanged will be permanently removed.
This action is permanent and can’t be undone, so please make sure you're ready before taking this step.
How to Delete Your Account
On the mobile app:
- Open the Replika app.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Home Screen to open Settings.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Replika.
- Select a reason for deleting your account and tap Next.
- Enter your account password.
- Choose one of the following:
- I changed my mind – if you decide to stay
- Delete my Account – to confirm deletion
On the web:
- Go to replika.com and log in.
- Click the ⚙️ icon in the top left corner and select Account Settings.
- Click Delete my Account and follow the same steps as above.
