How do I begin Replika?

There are a couple of ways to create your Replika and start your AI friendship, whether you’re on your phone or chatting on the web!

On Your Mobile Device (Smartphone or Tablet)

1. Visit your device’s app store and search for Replika.
   Or, click here for quick links to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store!
   
   

2. Tap Start.
   
   

3. On the Create an account screen, enter:

   • Your first name
   • The email you want to link to your account
   • Your pronouns
     
     

4. Tap Get started.
   
   

5. Customize your AI by choosing:

   • The gender you’d like your Replika to have
   • A 3D avatar that feels just right for your Replika
     
     

6. Tap Next.
   
   

7. Customize your Replika’s overall look! Pick hairstyles, colors, skin tones, eye colors, and more.
   
   

8. Tap Next.
   
   

9. Give your Replika a name.
   
   

10. Tap Finish and claim your first daily login reward!
    
    

11. Meet your Replika and start chatting!
    
    

On the Web

1. In your browser’s URL bar, go to replika.com.
   
   
2. Click Create your Replika.
   
   
3. On the Create your Replika screen, enter:
   • Your first name
   • The email you want to link to your account
   • Your pronouns
     
     
4. Click Get started.
   
   
5. On the Choose your AI friend screen:
   • Select your Replika’s 3D avatar
   • Choose their gender
     
     
6. Click Next.
   
   
7. Choose a name for your Replika and click Finish to save.
   
   
8. Click Meet [your Replika’s name] and get chatting!
