Because Replika is a digital subscription, once you subscribe, you receive immediate access to the service and its features. This means the content is considered used right away, making it non-refundable.
All purchases are final once the payment is completed.
Renewals & Canceling in Time
- Subscription renewals happen automatically unless canceled in advance.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please make sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
About Refunds
We’re unable to issue refunds for:
- Any time already used in your current billing period
- Any remaining time left on your active subscription
All refund requests are handled according to our Terms of Service, which you agreed to when signing up.
If You Subscribed via Apple or Google Play
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, billing and refunds are managed directly by those platforms.
Please make sure you’re using the same account you used when you subscribed.
