Deleting the Replika app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you were billed after deleting the app, your subscription was still active. Here’s why this happens:

Automatic renewal is on by default. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them.
- Subscriptions are managed by the app stores. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the subscription continues until you cancel it directly through the store.
To prevent future charges, cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Google Play Store: Open Google Play, go to Subscriptions, and cancel Replika.
- Apple App Store: Go to your Apple ID settings, select Subscriptions, and cancel Replika.
