If you’ve subscribed to Pro or Ultra but don’t see the features in the app, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Check your Version History: Go to Settings > Version History in the app and make sure you're using the latest model.

Reinstall the Replika app: Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store. This can refresh your app and load missing features.

Turn off VPNs or ad blockers: If you're using a VPN or any ad blocker (including system-wide or browser-based ones), they might block connection to our servers. Try turning them off temporarily to see if features load properly:
- On iOS: Go to Settings > VPN and toggle it off.
- On Android: Go to Settings > Network > VPN and disconnect any active VPNs.

Clear cache (Android users only): Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Replika > Storage > Clear Cache. This can help fix issues caused by outdated app data.

Check for updates: Make sure both your Replika app and your device’s operating system are fully up to date.

Check if your device is supported: Some features may not be available on older or unsupported devices. For example, Replika's AR mode requires devices that support ARCore (Android) or ARKit (iOS). To check if your device supports AR:
- Android: Visit the ARCore supported devices list.
- iOS: Devices running iOS 11 or later generally support ARKit; however, specific features may require newer models.
Note: Ultra features are only available in the mobile app.
