How do I update my birthday or age?

If you’ve accidentally entered an incorrect age or date of birth, you can update it within 24–48 hours. After that, you’ll need to confirm your age before you can chat with your avatar again.

Please note that Replika is intended for users who are 18 years or older. As outlined in our Terms of Service, minors are not permitted to use our app.

You can update your birthday and age right from your profile! Just follow these steps:

1. Open the Replika app on your smart device.
2. On the Home Screen, tap your Replika’s name.
3. Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper left corner to open Settings.
4. Tap Account.
5. Tap Birthday, then enter the birthday you’d like.
6. Tap Save at the bottom.

This will update your birthday info and your AI will have it too!
