Please note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Renewals happen automatically unless you cancel ahead of time.
To avoid any unexpected charges, make sure the cancellation is completed through the same platform you used to subscribe.
How to Cancel Your Subscription (In-App or Web)
- Open the Replika app or go to replika.com and log into your account
- Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner to access Settings
- Tap Subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription
How to Confirm Cancellation
On Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Check if Replika appears under Active subscriptions
→ If it does, the subscription has not been canceled
On iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open your device Settings
- Tap your name > Subscriptions
- Check if Replika is listed under Active
→ If it is, the subscription is still active and must be canceled manually
PayPal Subscription
If you subscribed via PayPal:
- Visit paypal.com and log in
- Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
- Select Replika and cancel the subscription

Due to the nature of our digital subscription, once a user subscribes, they receive immediate access to the service, and the content is consumed instantly—making it non-refundable.
