- Double-check your email for typos or missing parts.
- Make sure your email includes the domain name (like @gmail.com).
- Confirm you’re typing a valid email address.
"Sorry, there is no Replika with this email"
This means the email you entered isn’t linked to any Replika account.
Try these steps:
- Look for typos in your email.
- Think about whether you might have used a different email to sign up.
- Search your inbox for a verification email from my@replika.com or my@replika.ai to see which email you used.
If you still think there’s a mistake, please contact our Support team for help.
"Sorry there is no Replika with this phone number"
Only accounts registered with a phone number (via SMS confirmation) can log in using that number.
If you never got a confirmation SMS when signing up, it’s likely you created your account with an email address instead. In that case, you can’t log in with your phone number.
